What "verified" means here
Every product, operator, price, spec, licence, and figure we rank is checked at draft time against a primary source — a vendor's own pricing page, an official document, a regulator or licensing database, or a neutral third-party record. If a candidate can't be verified, it doesn't appear in the ranking.
The verification date
Each ranking shows the date its facts were last verified. Prices and availability move; the date tells you how fresh the check is. We re-verify on a rolling basis and on any reader report.
The source trail
Every ranking ends with a visible Verification section listing the source behind each ranked item, plus the rubric and weights it was scored on. Read how we score and the full methodology.
When we get it wrong
We fix errors in the open and log verdict-changing corrections on the corrections log. Found something off? Tell the desk.
